WE HAVE HALF-DAY FRIDAYS

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

$750 Bonus at the end of the season for your current A&E License

Do you like being outside? Do you enjoy rock climbing or being with the trees...then this position is the one for you! You don't have to be isolated in an office. This job will set you free for the outdoors as you conduct daily field work.

Perfect for a freshman/sophomore in college pursuing a degree in Arboriculture, Biology, Forestry, Horticulture, Landscaping, Outdoor Recreation, or Urban Forestry.

Job Description:

Employee will be in charge of a tanker truck spraying pesticides on trees/plants to protect against disease & harmful insects.

Perform fertilization treatments to control disease and insects

Diagnose and troubleshoot the client’s property pertaining to plant health care needs

Work collaboratively with clients and co-workers to achieve maximum success

Qualifications:

No experience necessary. It will be long hours, hard physical labor, and getting dirty. However, the compensation is very rewarding. We will provide all job training.

We will assist employee in getting their pesticide application license

Current Driver’s license

Be available to work a 40-hour work week from the start of May to Nov. No exceptions! There is a good possibility that the job will extend into the fall and turn into a full time/year round position.

A car to get to work

Pesticide Applicator’s License / A&E is a plus, but not necessary

At least 1 full year of experience in rope and saddle

Rope and Saddle Climbing - DRT and SRT

Previous experience as a tree climber, tree trimmer, arborist, groundsman is a plus

Current driver’s license
