Job description
As a Plant Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Identify & contribute to the building of the capital plan for the site. Measure performance against capital expenditure strategy and process manufacturing strategy.
- Write, justify, and execute capital projects
- Process evaluations, engineering recommendations for safety, quality, and cost-saving enhancements
- Lead process improvements projects and design
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes where needed. Understands and makes necessary changes for present and future products.
- Train technicians on new equipment
- Participate in team-based problem solving
- Establishes support team to execute against facility engineering demands including CAPEX Planning, Design work, Asset Care, and Maintenance Planning Systems running on a 24/7 schedule
Qualified Candidates will have:
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably food/carbonated beverage/alcohol production
- Flexible hours required – potential weekend work

This role will be a day shift role. Overtime or weekend work may be requested to support special projects.
