What this role is all about:

The Plant Accountant is responsible for various accounting and other tasks as directed by the Plant Controller.

What you need:

· Self-motivation, be highly detail oriented, team oriented, flexible, honest and dependable

Education Required:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experienced may be considered.

Experience Required:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in accounting or related field required.
• Knowledge of general accounting application and theory required.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Where you’ll be working:

Our Hull, IA, plant is home to approximately 180 employees and boasts a brand new, state of the art cheese and whey facility. We produce mozzarella, parmesan, romano, cheddar, gouda, and Monterey Jack cheeses as well as various whey streams.
