We are seeking a Planner, Service Marketing to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the management and execution of various Aftersales Direct Marketing campaigns for both Nissan and INFINITI owners. This position will also manage various digital aspects of our marketing ecosystem such as our Aftersales website, SEO, display, and social marketing.

Job Functions

Manage various direct marketing campaigns which includes the following: Marketing plan refinement and communication, Campaign deliverables prioritization and advance planning, Creative/copy review and approval, Customer response reporting and analyses, Consumer incentive redemption logistics and Process improvement.

Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel campaign assets including, but not limited to: Direct Mail, Email, Website, Social Media, Online Advertising and Digital Banners.

Manage the Aftersales website including working with our agencies to ensure content and offers are up-to-date, recommending changes based on analysis of monthly metrics, and sharing learnings internally.

Manage development and execution of dealer support materials for marketing efforts.

Effectively interface with various cross-functional departments in the collateral approval process and program tie-in efforts (e.g., Legal, Vehicle Marketing, Corporate Communications, Social Media & Interactive, etc.).

Recommend and implement strategic enhancements for responsible projects.

Coordinate with other program managers within and across divisions to ensure synergies are leveraged across brand and programs.

Assist with field and dealer communications which provide Service Marketing program details, field action requirements and program timing to ensure dealer engagement levels are sufficient to grow revenue and profits.

Effectively interface with multiple supplier partners to execute deliverables on-time and within budget.

Support Sr. Planner to ensure that marketing materials for the Aftersales division meet applicable NNA Visual Identity/ Brand guidelines via the Nissan Aftersales Brand Review inbox.

Provide timely and accurate program/activity updates to applicable NNA departments to ensure awareness of service marketing programs.

As necessary, perform other related department duties of which the above are representative.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related Marketing discipline.

Experience: Three or more years of related experience at a professional level.

Job Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in Marketing and Project Management. Demonstrated strengths in business process knowledge, troubleshooting, interpersonal communications, strategic thinking and issue resolution. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented, highly organized individual with proven experience analyzing data and driving change in an evolving marketplace. Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at various levels and to make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication. Effective presentation skills.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at Intermediate Level. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
