Job description

We are in search of a talented and motivated, experienced Pizza and Prep cook to be a part of our team. This position requires you to work based on winery event and catering needs. You will primarily be making artisanal pizzas and providing prep support to our kitchen. Must be available to work on weekends.

Duties:

• Support Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
• Manage food tickets and expo line during kitchen service
• Produce high quality dishes
• Maintain regular and thorough cleaning procedures and schedules for all kitchen areas, walk-in cooler/freezer and equipment.
• Participating in Wine Club and other special winery events as required
• Performing other duties as directed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in fine dining or in culinary arts position
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and work on feet for long periods of time
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have a great attitude, and be a motivated team player who can work efficiently in high volume situations
• Must hold a valid food handlers certification card.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
