Romeo's Pizza is adding to their Management team.

We're actively seeking energetic, and customer service-oriented Leaders to effectively handle the day to day operations of our Westlake and Elyria locations.

In this role, you will be a vital player on our team by hiring, training, and managing our kitchen and delivery teams. With your oversight and leadership, you will be able to contribute to the continued success and profitability of our restaurant.

Starting pay will be commensurate with your experience. We offer a performance based bonus program and the opportunity for base pay increases.

Shift Leaders: $14 - $16 per hour PLUS bonuses

Assistant General Manager: $16 - $18 per hour PLUS Bonuses

General Manager: $42,000 - $50,000 Salary PLUS Bonuses

• Great Coaches: Ability to communicate, coach, and lead your team to meet/exceed standards

• Positive Attitudes: Ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment

• Financial Focus: Experience with product orders, inventory control, and labor control

• Good Communicators: Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build a solid team.

• Initiative: Ability to grow sales through the community events and local store marketing
