Job description
- Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations on a daily basis
- Prepare food to the chef’s specifications and follow all provided recipes
- Plate food based on the senior chef’s guidance
- Work with the servers to ensure that orders are completed properly and consistently
- Thoroughly clean the kitchen and store all the equipment at the end of each shift
- Ensure that the kitchen operates and adheres to all food safety standards and regulations
