Pit Clerk Table Games Table Games

JOB PURPOSE:

Pit Clerk will assist Table Games management with the guest experience by maintaining supplies, reprinting and creating new player’s card. They will follow the established guidelines for comping and other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to obtain and maintain Pala Gaming License

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent attendance record.
• Maintain customer rating cards and implement manual credit system in the event of computer down time.
• Must keep work area neat and clean.
• Reprint player cards and sign-up new player(s).
• Maintain supplies.
• Comp guests based on established guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)

• Constantly standing, walking, sitting, twisting, finger dexterity, reaching, hearing, speaking, handling, bending, and carrying.
• Ability to remember multiple things, working at a rapid pace amid high noise level, writing, entering data, kneeling, good attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Working amid a noisy environment, climate controlled.
• Some smoke, odors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $16.51 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pala, CA 92059: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
