Position Overview:
Under the indirect supervision of the Executive Office Manager, this position is responsible for dispatching work to the Local Drivers. This team is responsible for greeting all service customers in a professional and timely manner, performing service preparation work to vehicles, vehicle pick-up and delivery and employee shuttle services. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.
Monday-Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma/equivalent required

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Access to a smartphone device

• Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and the Internet required

Essential Functions:

• Assigns Local Drivers to perform required vehicle pickup & delivery and other jobs as scheduled

• Leads team of Local Drivers through company changes as required

• Operate company vehicles safely to perform scheduled customer pickup/deliveries

• Acts as backup to the Loaner Fleet Manager as needed

• Operates company shuttle to pick up and deliver employees from employee parking lot to specified campus drop off location as needed

Working and Physical Conditions:

This position will work in all outdoor weather conditions with limited indoor work. This position will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This position requires the incumbents to stoop and get in and out of vehicles regularly. This position will require walking up to 3-5 miles a day between locations.

• Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently. Required walking or standing to a significant degree.
