Description:
Manages the physician practice by monitoring quality of patient care, supervising staff and workload assignments. Responsible for supervision of all clerical/administrative aspects associated with the daily operation of the practice, provide framework for supervising, planning, coordinating, and improving health care services that are responsive to community and patient needs that improve patient health outcomes. Estimated salary range for this position is $62350.56 - $81055.73 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Masters preferred-Independent judgement, discretion, excellent communication skills, analytical ability, problem solving skills-Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)Note: If AA degree, 5 years minimum relevant leadership experience in lieu of Bachelors is required. Managers hired prior to 8/1/2021 are not required to have an Associate‘s or Bachelor‘s to continue their leadership role. Minimum Required Experience:
