Job Summary: Evaluates patient needs, plans treatment programs, and performs and/or supervises treatment for hospital inpatients and outpatients.
Qualifications: Degree in physical therapy. Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State as a physical therapist. Outpatient experience preferred.
