Full-time and flexible hour positions are available for physical therapists in the Greater Boston area, Central Massachusetts, and surrounding areas.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Exhibiting the knowledge and skills to provide physical therapy services appropriate to the age and contract setting in which clients are treated.
    • Completing physical therapy evaluations and documentation in accordance with relevant state, federal, regulatory, and third party payer guidelines
    • Establishing a plan of care with individualized, functional, and objective goals
    • Designing and implementing treatment programs with consideration of the client’s diagnosis and environment
  • Educating, collaborating, and communicating with clients, colleagues, professionals and caregivers
  • Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved master’s level program in physical therapy
  • Valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations
  • Must pass extensive background checks and provide professional references
  • If selected for hire, candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the ability to
    perform the essential functions of the job either with or without accommodations, proof of
    negative TB test, and required immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
