Aleca Home Health is a growing and busy Home Health agency providing high level residential healthcare to patients throughout the Phoenix Valley. Aleca Home Health is a division of the Alumus~ Sante’ Holdings, LLC family with our office located in Scottsdale, AZ.

We take pride in being a Medicare & CHAP certified Home Health agency committed to providing “Care with Compassion” and fulfilling the needs of the community to the best of our ability by providing a variety of services to patients in the comfort of their residence. Our services include nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social workers and home health aides. Specialized programming is available for those with COPD, pain, and congestive heart failure.

Job Summary

A Physical Therapist Assistant administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist.

Candidate Profile

• Must currently hold PTA license through the Arizona State Board.
• A minimum of 2 years PTA experience required.
• A minimum of 1 year Home Health PTA experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents vaccination.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with their work.
• Assist and move patients.
• Record and report patient progress to the physical therapist.
• Help patients through rehabilitation.
• Understand terminology used by physical therapists, such as ROM, DTR, and NEPSI.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
