Position Description:
Receive and accurately route phone calls through the property's telephone system.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of aage. One (1) year of experience in telephone switchboard, multi-line phone system, and/or customer service preferred. Must be fluent in English, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. Must be PC literate and able to type 30 wpm. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to sit for entire shift. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
