Description
Our market research organization collects quality data to improve products and services for people all across the country. We have a talented team with five phone centers across five states and a broad work from home team. We are looking for a qualified person to supervisor our new call center in Rexburg. The successful applicant will assist the office manager to manage phone center operations. We're looking for a candidate with supervisory experience who can use their knowledge, skills and abilities to help build our Rexburg team.

Responsibilities
- Run phone center shifts with team of 5-25 employees.
- Assist Office Manger with screening, interviewing and hiring qualified applicants
- Onboard and train new employees
- Conduct quality assurance
- Train, coach, and manage staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally one year of supervisory experience
- Solid critical thinking skills / Ability to learn
- Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills required
- Experience with training and development employees
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
