Job description
Responsibilities:
- Install truck equipment including but not limited to; tanks, pneumatic valves, PTO's and pumps, meters and registers, electronics, cabinets, lights and other customer specified equipment.
- Use hand tools to complete equipment installation.
- Install equipment according to job scope and mechanical drawings
- Use tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Work with the management and sales team to meet job deadlines.
- Understand LM&C products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to follow written directions and blueprints.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools to complete installation procedures
- 12-volt automotive wiring
- Pneumatic and hydraulic installation
- MIG & TIG welding experience
- Detail and Goal oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Assembly experience
- Class B Hazmat or ability to obtain one.
- Install/Upfit experience (preferred)
- MUST HAVE MECHANICAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
