Pet Services and Retail Team Leader
Job description
The Team Lead of the Pooch Parlor must be customer service driven and have a love of animals. Experience with dogs is a must. Ability to train dogs is a plus. Must have supervisor experience. Will Lead a team of 7-10 people. Will manage the daily operations of the Pooch Parlor as well as the Retail Pet Department within Southwest Exchange. Will be required to use Social Media to promote the business through giveaways, sales and to engage the public inquires. Will ensure all daily operations are completed to the upmost safety standards. Will hire, train and develop all new hires to ensure all staff are competent, caring and maintain a safe playful experience for our clients pets. The candidate for the position will be the face of the Pooch Parlor!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
