We are seeking an Entry Level Mobile Pet Groomer to join our LA team! You will be responsible for helping advise customers on various pet grooming products and service options while completing our paid training program! We believe that animals deserve to be treated with compassion and utmost care and are looking for dog-lovers motivated to be in a leadership role to join our team immediately.

Entry Level Mobile Pet Groomer Responsibilities:

• Act as the direct primary point of contact with potential customers to provide them with the best grooming options available through our mobile grooming services

• Utilize product knowledge about our pet grooming service to give insight to our customers on any of their pet grooming inquiries

• Build rapport with pets through attentive care and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention

• Shadow our experienced Pet Grooming Customer Service Representatives and Team Leads to fully understand proper procedures for animal care and pet handling

• Become skilled with pet grooming services that include but are not limited to: bathing, nail trimming, flea treatments, brushing, haircuts, and styling

• Attend all virtual meetings and onsite training workshops to collaborate with other fellow Mobile Pet Grooming Trainees and retain fresh knowledge on our pet grooming services, business initiatives, and overall progress

• Record and track all supplies used in pet grooming and ensure all materials, equipment, and other pet grooming inventories are replenished

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
