We proudly serve clients in Westchester, Rockland, Orange Counties, and Northern New Jersey. Owner, Richard Effaldana, has a vested interest in providing honest, reliable, professional, and cost-effective services... we have children and pets too! Responsibilities:

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for the following functions:

• Arriving on time to appointments within confirmed window times
• Keeping truck stocked and organized
• Filling out paperwork via tablet
• Solving customer issues.
• Inspecting commercial and residential buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation
  
• Determining the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
• Taking the required measurement of the area in need of treatment
• Estimating the cost of services rendered to clients or customers
• Using different pest control methods such as the setting of traps or baits to remove or kill pests
• Applying pesticide safely in buildings or structures and the surrounding environment

• Skilled with time management, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Familiar with using tools and ladders
• Not afraid of heights
• Comfortable talking with customers with professional mannerisms
• Not afraid of asking for help if needed
• Valid driver's license and a Clean driving record
• Pesticide license (commercial applicator license is a big plus)
