At Smash Fitness we offer top customer service to our members, as well as personal training and nutritional support for our clients to help them achieve their goals.

Position Available: Full time personal trainer. Must be experienced with strong sales skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer
• Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
• Ability to guide and motivate clients
• Available to work flexible hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Certificates in CPR and first aid
• High School Diploma; a degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is a plus but not necessary.

Job Description:

• Creating personalized workout routines to improve muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
• Setting fitness goals and monitoring their clients’ progress
• Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed.
• Instructing clients to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout.
• Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans

Compensation and Benefits: Base Pay rate is $40/hr to start. Earning potential is $85,000+ yearly (based on training 40+ hrs a week). By joining our team, you will receive a free gym membership and staff discount,
