Job Title: Personal Assistant FT, Ref W-1825
Location: Chicago, IL
Payrate: $72,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Details:
Chicago based client requires a long-term Personal Assistant at her private residence. Duties will consist of daily schedule management, administrative duties, bookkeeping with accounts payable, processing and handling mail, bills, correspondences, organize travel and local transportation, liaise with family office and household staff at secondary residences, couture wardrobe management, vehicle valet, errands, personal shopping and event planning assistance.
Requirements:
The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Personal Assistant experience in a similar role working within a private residence, college degree, bookkeeping experience, resourceful with knowledge of local area (shops and restaurants). High level of IT literacy, PC and proficient in Microsoft Office. Discreet and well presented in appearance.
