Personal Assistant Position

Family looking for an organized and self starter Personal Assistant. You will be responsible for organizing, running errands, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and fill in the gaps where needed. Candidates must have at least 2 years of personal assistant experience, a flexible schedule, a vehicle, and be able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

· Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record

· Manage and help with organization - files, emails, etc

· Travel planning

· Running errands

· Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings

· Inspecting and ensuring the properties are well maintained

· Occassional pick up / drop off of children to school or sporting events

Qualifications:

· Self-motivated and responsible individual

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

Salary and Benefits:

· Salary compensated by experience

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
