JOB SUMMARY:
The Charge Registered Nurse must demonstrate familiarity with dialysis procedures and the knowledge, skills and judgement necessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the dialysis patient. This position exercises knowledge of patient rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients in a safe, secure environment. Position cooperates and works together with all co-workers to plan and complete job duties with applicable supervisory direction, including exercising job-appropriate judgement.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
- Work experience as a professional nurse.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Hemodialysis experience strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position.
- Massachusetts State License
