Performance Peer Review Coordinator
Willis-Knighton Health System is seeking an energetic, positive, individual who is looking for a great opportunity to collect and analyze peer review data, formulate reports for Medical Staff Committees and maintain ongoing professional performance reports on medical staff members. The right person must be able to communicate, both orally and in writing, with all levels of personnel. He or she must have a thorough knowledge of computers, have strong organizational skills, and manage multiple priority projects simultaneously. They would work as a member of a team as well as supervise and motivate employees in the healthcare setting.
A Bachelors or Associates Degree with a minimum of two years clinical experience in a hospital setting is required. Hospital experience in patient safety and quality is preferred, but not required.
