Job description
This role is critical to ensure timely and accurate communication and reporting while also implementing rapid decisions made around product optimization. A knowledge of online media tactics combined with analytical abilities will drive success both internally and for our clients. This role will hold the most knowledge of our marketing campaigns and how they directly impact our customers' success. A Performance Analyst will regularly anticipate customers’ potential inquiries based on data and act proactively, up to and including, joining client calls and meetings to relay expertise directly.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • Minimum two years relevant experience in digital marketing, account management, or digital operations
  • Functional understanding of search, social media and digital display advertising
  • Success with troubleshooting issues and the ability to articulate problems within internal groups
  • Ability to optimize marketing tactics based on market insights and client requests
  • Proven track record in managing digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook.
  • A strong, analytical and results-driven mind
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage several tasks concurrently, prioritize work effectively and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to independently gather, organize, and analyze data and identify major trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed and able to make decisions and provide direction based on key business metrics
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Build and optimize search, social media and digital display campaigns and optimize to meet goals.
2. Work within a team to apply successful experiments to all accounts.
3. Monitor pacing documents.
4. Fulfill new and upsold marketing campaigns.
5. Support scheduled and unscheduled team deliverables and projects as needed.
6. Generate detailed and accurate reports for individual client accounts.
7. Generate detailed and accurate reports on marketing channels as a whole for internal discussions.
8. Prepare for and attend internal meetings to keep teams up to date on performance metrics.
9. On occasion, join client calls as the expert in digital product fulfillment and management.
