Qualifications:
- Active DE OTR License in good standing
- CPR certification
- Current PPD/TB test (within the past 12 months)
- Covid vaccination (boosters not required)
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide services that help improve upper body strength, independence through ADL guidance, wheelchair positioning, education, etc.
- Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation
- Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
- Provide guidance to family members and facility staff
- Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
- Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
