Responsibilities:
State Farm is seeking to place an innovative, analytical leader to lead our People Analytics function. This role sets the vision, strategies, and goals for our People Analytics team, in alignment with enterprise and department business outcomes. In this role, you will lead internal consulting engagements to enable State Farm leaders to make insights-based talent decisions. You will work closely with other team members to build scalable people analytics products and services for the enterprise.
Key Role Requirements:
  • Promote a data-focused culture
  • Build and maintain client relationships across the Workforce departments
  • Identify analytics opportunities and new data sources to create value for the enterprise
  • Prioritize and scope analytics projects/products efforts based on the value to the business
  • Drive the design and development of client-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations to enable better talent decisions
  • Drive adoption of people analytics products and technology across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data quality and consistency
  • Review and update the governance framework for employee data
  • Oversee medium- to large-sized people analytics projects end-to-end
  • Provide thought leadership on how to use advanced analytics and metrics in Human Resources & Development department
  • Prepare senior executive leadership to discuss workforce related topics for Board of Director meetings
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years related experience in progressive leadership roles demonstrating an understanding of organizational Talent Strategies (both conceptually and in execution)
  • Experience working at a Fortune 200 company, leading at a large scale
  • Adept at leading across functions in strategic workforce initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
