PEGA platform and Smart Dispute language knowledge and dispute processing experience required. · Provide development and support engineering in the disputes/exception processing application to the GPS NAM platform. Experience in customizing customer business rules and can be tailored to the clients¿ and networks¿ needs. should possess knowledge in the PEGA workflow framework and the Smart Dispute applications which runs under the PEGA umbrella. · Working experience in Agile Methodology. · Working knowledge of interactions with the SAE, Implementation, Web Admin, Mastercard (MCOM), Visa (VROL), BizOps, and the PEGA vendor teams.
