We offer a mentorship program where an experienced PTA or PT works one on one with you at least once a week to further your training.

We have professional development days four times a year. We do not schedule patients on these days, and hold the PD to train staff on new techniques, treatment modalities, and the most recent research. You will have an opportunity to attend workshops on topics that interest you (on site or virtually).

We offer:

· $3000.00 sign on bonus (for full-time)

· $25.00 + per hr pay

· Flexible scheduling

· One patient at a time (no double booking)
