Busy pediatric practice in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a friendly and energetic receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a dynamic individual who is extremely flexible and interested in floating as needed to all administrative areas of the office depending on need. The part time to full time position duties include answering multi-line phones, greeting patients/parents, entering/verifying of insurance information, scheduling of appointments, and other administrative tasks as needed. Applicant should be friendly and professional; someone who can demonstrate superior communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task.

We are looking for someone for at least 2 days per week (Mondays & Wednesdays) with the potential and flexibility for additional hours dependent on office needs.

Previous medical office experience preferred.
