We are looking for a reliable RN(Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for our Pediatric Clients in the comfort of their own homes, in Gainesville, Ga. We have two teenage boys in the area with lovely families and homes. One has 56hrs/ week available and the other has 20hrs/week available in the afternoons. RN or LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.

Responsibilities and Skills Include:

• Provide nursing services under supervision of a Clinical manager or RN following individualized plan of care
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Collaborate with our clinical managers and others to provide the best care to our clients.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects
• Document using our EVV system--Using your smart phone!!
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with other members of the clients' multidisciplinary team.
• Proven experience as RN or LPN / LVN
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with home health and pediatric care or open to be trained
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Successful completion of RN or LPN / LVN license program is a must
