New Pay Rates up to $15.25 per hour ($18.50 per hour with CNA Certification)

New Shift Differentials

• $3.00 per hour for Evening Shift
• $2.00 per hour for Night Shift

Luther Crest, A Diakon Lutheran Senior Living Community — Located in Allentown with easy access to Route 78, Route 22 and Route 476. Luther Crest is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, along with a personal care community. Luther Crest is seeking skilled and caring individuals to be part of Diakon’s Many Hands One Heart team. Employees are able to use Luther Crest’s state-of-the-art Wellness Center including a fitness center, spa, and indoor heated Olympic-size pool.

Shifts: Full-Time and Part-Time openings

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting residents with their daily personal needs such as, bathing, grooming, and dressing, etc.
• Delivers excellent customer service to the residents and their family members.
• Assists and escorts residents to dining room and other in-house activities.
• Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident’s electronic health record.

Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred. Experience working nightshift highly preferred.

Pay is based on years of experience and may differ from Indeed estimates.
