We are looking for an experienced payroll administrator

We are looking for someone that has experience handling payroll and personnel management-related tasks. The right employee will have 1 year of related office experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support to full-time and temporary staff.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of payroll and employment records and information.
• Manage user profiles and records
• Ensure employment records and databases are accurate and up-to-date, including department personnel records, organization charts, payroll records, and safety and security training.
• Assist with compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual HR data metrics and analysis reports.
• Assist with New Employee Orientation and onboarding, including presentation development and maintenance.
• Manage documentation and reporting of FMLA and Worker’s Compensation claims.
• Perform department stay and exit interviews.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
