RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a part of our team, you will help us deliver outstanding service to our small business clients. Your excellent work habits, reliability, and energy level will help keep our work-product flowing smoothly throughout the year. We interact with our clients on a frequent basis and your professionalism and helpful attitude will make a wonderful addition to our team!

• Full-Time work schedule: Monday through Friday, office hours are 8am to 5pm. Some Saturdays are required during tax season.
• Prepare client payrolls accurately and timely
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings
• Assist with Secretary of State request
• Take on additional clerical and client projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General knowledge and experience in payroll processing is required
• Payroll Certified a PLUS
• Minimum 1 year of general office/clerical experience
• Must be experienced with MS Excel and Word
• Unique aptitude for numbers and problem-solving
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills required
• High-energy and positive attitude
• Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Outstanding work history (No Job hoppers!)
• Fluent Spanish a plus
