Payroll Specialist – AB Staffing Solutions, a top healthcare staffing company, seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to process weekly payroll. You will work at our state-of-the-art offices in Gilbert, AZ.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will earn $24 - $26 an hour, depending on your experience and enjoy company top benefits that include:

To qualify for the Payroll Specialist position, you must have at least two (2) years of multi-state payroll processing experience, strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook, and knowledge of contracts, agreements, and purchase orders as they relate to processing contractor payrolls and client invoicing.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will also be expected to:

• Collect, audit and track timecards.
• Enter new hires and employee terminations into the system.
• Process weekly payroll for both W2 and 1099 contractors.
• Handle weekly, bi-weekly and monthly invoicing.
• File payroll-related paperwork.
