The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce full-time Payroll Compliance Specialist positions filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact FrankCrum business everyday by ensuring compliance with government regulations and licensing agencies in all states where the company conducts business.

  • Assists with various regulatory and administrative compliance tasks as needed.
  • Participates in state and national teleconferences/webinars and assists in implementing new regulatory requirements within the Payroll Department.
  • Performs and tracks audits on client payrolls and maintenance to review for compliance with FrankCrum policies and procedures, DOL, FLSA and other applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Performs efficiency audits to review for workflow and process improvement.
  • Works cooperatively with Payroll Managers to handle inquiries and issues relating to federal and state regulatory updates.
  • Research and report updates on impending legislative changes to the Payroll Department.
  • Create, review and update documentation, processes, and procedures on wage and hour topics and regulatory changes.
  • Provide training in compliance practices and procedures to employees and clients.
  • Monitors and ensures effective implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Monitors and tracks year-end updates for the Payroll Department.


The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of the requirements imposed upon the company by the states in which it operates, along with applicable federal laws. High school education or equivalent. One (1) year experience working in compliance; or three (3) years of payroll processing experience required. The Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) received within the first two testing cycles is required.
