Omni-Serv, A leader in the aviation vendor services industry is looking to welcome a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic Newark Airport Team. The right candidate will possess an outward thinking imagination and have a prowess for connecting with people to fulfill organizational needs, assist with onboarding, and have at least two years of previous payroll experience. As a Payroll Administrator, you would be responsible for:
- Process Bi-weekly payroll
- Daily tracking of time sheets
- Schedule entry/input
- Review contract requirements
- Create and distribute reports for management (financial and operational reports)
- Report on any payroll discrepancies
- Review and resolve employee inquiries
- Maintain records on vacation, sick leave, etc.
- Process new hires, terminations, transfer requests in a timely manner
- Assist HR, Accounting and the Operations team with other tasks as needed
- Must be proficient in data entry
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Analytical thinker +
- May require additional working hours to meet data entry deadlines
- Must be willing to take charge and communicate/sort out discrepancies with operations team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with time clock software
- Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $55k+ depending on experience, medical, dental, vision, 401k, Company paid life insurance
