Auto-Chlor System is now hiring a Payroll Administrator in Mountain View, CA. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm and will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely for all of our locations.

What are some of the day to day responsibilities?
- Process payroll by collecting, calculating, and entering data in ADP, entering commissions and other wages.
- Update payroll records by entering new hires, changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages when required by management.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Calculate and prepare Payroll related general ledger entries.
- Research and prepare special reports for management.
Successful Candidate Criteria:
- Up to 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Prior experience with payroll related laws and regulations a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
- Great communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now and E-time preferred but not required.
