JOB DESCRIPTION

Payroll, A/P, A/R. Duties include auditing labor edits for payroll, running payroll for a total of 75 employees, entering payroll taxes, keeping payroll/employee records up to date, 401-k reporting, OSHA reporting, bank adjustments, running quarterly reports. Entering purchase orders, receipts, A/P invoices and paying COD’s. Entering service sales orders and jobs for A/R invoicing, posting cash receipts, reconciling bank statements. Data entry and miscellaneous office duties as needed. The different types of software used are as follows:

• Epicor10 ERP Software.
• Microsoft Office Suite of Software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS The qualifications and requirements of the position are as follows. Other qualifications and requirements within Liberty Coach may be required.

• Accounting background
• Experience in payroll, A/P, A/R
• Well organized with good attention to detail
• Accurate data entry skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with shop supervisors to insure accurate P/R information and data input
• Ability to work with employees answering P/R, HR questions

BENEFITS PROVIDED Liberty Coach has a complete benefits package that consists of Group health and dental insurance, 401K and paid vacations. Salary range will depend on individual candidate qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
