Job Title: Support Operations Analyst III

Duration: 11 months Contract possibility of extension

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

• Support day-to-day payment operations including:
• Partnering across functional teams to address, resolve and document issues
• Identify improvement opportunities through analysis, research, incident review, etc.
• Follow-up and tracking of third-party issues
• Contribute to process documentation and other initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Interaction with third party partners, monitoring SLAs, etc.
• Collaborate with Business and Compliance Teams to identify and resolve issues

Qualification:

• 3+ years professional experience in a payment operations or payments technology role with a PayFac, acquirer processor, gateway, or FI
• Intimate knowledge of payments processes, workflows, funds flow
• Understanding of payments back-office systems, how they connect, where issues can arise
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently – self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• RTP experience and/or Jira knowledge a plus
• Requires someone with experience with Payment’s experience (Credit Card, Debit Card, Merchant Payments, Payment gateways)
• Must understand full E2E payment flow.
• JIRA – not required – nice to have
• MUST have experience with Direct Experience payments
• Experience with a payment - Acquirer Processor
• E2E experience with PayFac in Administration, Analysis, Testing and Monitoring; plus, 3rd Party monitoring and SLA review.
• Heavy Experience with Payments – Transaction gets held up or troubleshoot payment issues
• Verify Files are received and processed
• Payment – Merchant processing payments
• Proactive – identify problems and deliver solutions
• Collaborative
• Day to Day payment processing - things are running smoothly and
• Ability to partner with 3rd Parties and internal team that support Payments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $63.33 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Payment Solution: 3 years (Preferred)
• Banking: 3 years (Preferred)
