Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator for our division located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

The Payables Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of bill payments and invoice approvals within the division, completing budget variance reports, answering vendor accounts payable questions, maintaining utility logs and certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Code and process invoices
• Review and distribute budget variance reports
• Submit vouchers (manual invoice batches) to the A/P Processor
• Manage logs and payments for utilities
• Manage check requests for homeowner reimbursements
• Review the lien report
• Point of contact for payables calls from vendors
• Process property tax bills
• Maintain updated certificates of insurance for all subcontractors
• Assist with A/P processing as needed

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

• Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
• Convey ideas clearly and concisely
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work with employees among multiple departments

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with a homebuilder is preferred
