Hinsdale Orthopaedics, a division of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, currently a position available for a full time Patient Service Representative at our busy Joliet office. Duties include answering patient phone calls, making appointments, registering patients and collecting co-pays and account balances; will also include filing and miscellaneous clerical duties.The qualified applicant must be a HS graduate or equivalent, have excellent communication and people skills, good basic computer skills, be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in a health care environment. Epic experience is a plus.
