A bustling surgical and medical weight-loss practice with a fun work environment is hiring a part-time or full-time Patient Navigator.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, speaking to new and prospective patients, updating patient demographic information, assist with insurance verifications and claim follow up, navigate patients through preoperative process, assistant patients through the medical weight loss process, schedule appointments for preoperative and postoperative patients, rooming patients and answering a very busy multiline phone. As part of our team a large amount of your time is spent on the phone with patients and insurance companies.

Prospective applicants should work well under pressure and have great time management skills. Attention to detail is a must. The applicate must have excellent and effective communication skills, a strong work ethic, an appreciation for a team approach, and a willingness to assist when and where needed in the office. Each position plays a crucial role in our small office and the applicate must be dependable and punctual. A positive upbeat attitude is essential to this role.

Full-time position includes paid vacation, paid holidays, retirement compensation and quarterly bonuses.

St. Louis Bariatrics has 2 offices. One office is located in Kirkwood, MO and the other in Festus, MO.

This position does not include group health insurance coverage
