- Explain treatment plans to patients

- Excellent phone manners and assessment skills
- Show supportive communication between management and staff needs
- Managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and other operating expenses
- Ensure daily tasks and office goals are met
- Drive the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to reach production goals
- Inside office and outside marketing events
- Create clean claims for billing
- Knowledge of dental plans and insurance terminology.
- Dental office experience (2+years)
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Outgoing and approachable

- Decision-making skills with or without limited supervision
- Dependable and reliable self-starter
- Ability to easily communicate with people.
