Department Cath Lab Prep & Recovery Job Summary The Patient Care Representative II serves as a liaison between patients and their families to ensure services provided are correct based on identified patient care orders, as well as, working closely with hospital staff to ensure support services address the needs of, and overall coordination of care for the patient is completed to ensure patient safety and satisfaction requirements are met. Required Qualifications - Require an Associate's Degree; relevant work experience in a hospital or outpatient setting can be substituted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the required degree. - Require a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a hospital or outpatient healthcare setting.
