We are seeking a PATIENT ACCESS SCHEDULER in multiple locations in Wisconsin including: Wausau, Antigo, Stevens Point, Portage & Wisconsin Rapids.

The Patient Access Scheduler coordinates and supports patient access care by managing inbound and outbound calls in a contact center setting. Schedules specialty and/or diagnostic patient appointments while following established protocols that promote patient and physician satisfaction and schedule efficiencies.

Note: This position has the potential to work remote once the training period has been completed and all work from home requirements have been met.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to proficiently use a computer and type required.
• Prior customer service or medical office experience strongly preferred.

Hours: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
