Title: Patient Access Representative
Location: Tyler, Tx 75707
Contract: 13weeks
Shift: 5 days a week 8 am – 5 pm
Call Center Associate – Must have 1 year of Healthcare experience as a Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant associate.
Call center experience is preferred.
Duties: Scheduling patient appointments. Call and verifying patient’s benefits.
Other directed activities.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1+ Must have 1 year of healthcare experience as a Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant associate. Call center experience is preferred.
Basic Office Equipment; Good communication skills (verbal/written) and multitask oriented.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
