Chef Thomas Keller's New York destination, Per Se, is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as a Pastry Chef de Partie to collaborate on the dessert and bread programs.
Located in the Deutsche Bank Center at Columbus Circle, Per Se is Chef Keller's acclaimed New York interpretation of The French Laundry. The three-Michelin starred restaurant presents a nightly-changing Chef's Tasting menu highlighting American cuisine with French influences.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $21.00)

You will see the connection in symbols (the blue door, the fireplace, the garden) and in the earthy materials (wood, marble and granite, the rough copper floor tiles). And you will see a connection in the food, in the cornet, which opens all meals as it does at both restaurants, and the Oysters and Pearls, the French Laundry classic. Because of its setting in the center of Manhattan, Per Se has its own distinct identity, but we try never to lose sight of where we began.
