TBB 122 and Theo's Brother's Bakery currently have a unique Pastry Chef opportunity to support both an established Bakery as well as a new restaurant in regards to their Pastry program. We are also hiring for Pastry Cooks as well that could grow with the team!

TBB 122 is a community-focused all-day restaurant and café serving Alpharetta artisan goods and delicious, healthful meals prepared using local, fresh ingredients. Located on quaint Marietta Street and inspired by Californian cuisine, architecture, and décor, TBB offers everything from locally-roasted coffee, morning buns, and scramble bowls, to mezze boards and biodynamic wines.

The Pastry Chef should have the culinary expertise and experience to make a wide variety of desserts and baked goods. They must understand and appreciate the subtleties of flavor pairings and different tastes, and have a good aesthetic sense for food and pastry presentation. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily preparation of all baked goods and pastries and is responsible for coordinating dessert menus and pastry production with the owner. They must be passionate about researching seasonally-appropriate offerings in-line with local produce changes. TBB will feature both more traditional artisan pastries as well as more healthful, plant-based and gluten-free options. Along with TBB 122, this role will also support Theo's Brother's Bakery where you will find hand-crafted treats, muffinc, tarts, and naturally leavened breads.

Requirements:

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience of baking and pastry experience

· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in leadership or a lead role

· Ability to work both independently and with a team

· Must possess a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
