Under close supervision, this position is responsible for gaining a foundational knowledge to assist with ensuring parts are available to truck and trailer technicians for repairs. The incumbent will assist in the management of inventory stock levels, perform audits, and submit orders to maintain an adequate supply of parts. Maintain information systems and process core and warranty returns according to Company requirements. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.Job Description:

Applicants can be considered for I, II, or Sr. Parts Technician depending on verified years of experience and position availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow a senior team member to learn how to fulfill parts requests by technicians and ensure parts are properly charged to the unit under repair
Receive inbound shipments of parts and fuel to ensure proper quantity ordered and free of damage, stock inbound parts to proper storage location and update information systems
Conduct Cycle Counts as required
Maintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazards
Ensure compliance of safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Observe all Company safety requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Up to 12 to 18 months of direct experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A bility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
